   I’m having problems with my software, it seems to be cutting it off partway through the upload. Thanks to you and Rick C I know of the problem now and am trying to fix it.

   Hooray! It’s fixed now – I was running out of disk space on the server, so it’s upgraded, the chapter is up there in full and all is well with the world. Enjoy!
